Shravan Teertha Darshan Yojana This scheme is for the natives of Gujarat aged 60 years and above. Can travel to religious places in Gujarat. Groups have to be formed to travel under this scheme. For which Gujarat State Road Transport Corporation (ST) or private luxury buses can be used. They will be reimbursed 75% of the luxury bus fare by the state government.

If a private bus is hired, in that case the actual fare and ST. Bus fare will be paid at 75% whichever is lower. If traveling with husband or wife, one of them must be 60 years or above. The beneficiary of this scheme will be eligible to get this benefit once in the entire lifetime. This benefit will be available within the limit of total 3 nights and 3 days travel.

The benefit of Shravan Tirtha Darshan Yojana will not be available on individual basis, but will be available only if the bus is hired by forming a group of at least 27 senior citizens. The implementation of the scheme will be done by Gujarat State Holy Pilgrimage Development Board.
