Niradhar Vrudhdh Yojana નિરાધાર વૃધ્ધ પેન્શન યોજના (રાજ્ય સરકારની યોજના) 2023

Niradhar Vrudhdh Yojana :  નિરાધાર વૃધ્ધ પેન્શન યોજના (રાજ્ય સરકારની યોજના) મુખ્ય ઉદેશ્ય વૃદ્ધ અને અપંગ લોકોને આર્થિક સધ્ધર બને તેનો છે. આ યોજનામાં કોઈ પણ વ્યક્તિની ઉંમર ૬૦ વર્ષ કે તેથી વધુ હોવી જોઈએ. આ યોજનામાં BPL લાભાર્થી હોવો જરૂરી નથી.

Niradhar Vrudhdh Yojanaનો કોને લાભ મળી શકે?

• ૬૦ વર્ષ કે તેથી વધુ ઉંમરનાં નિરાધાર વૃધ્ધ.
• ૨૧ કે તેથી વધુ વર્ષનો પુત્ર ન હોય.
• અશક્ત- દિવ્યાંગ વ્યક્તિનાં કિસ્સામાં ૭૫ ટકા થી વધારે દિવ્યાંગતા હોય અને ૪૫ કે તેથી વધુ ઉંમરની વયમર્યાદા હોવી જોઈએ.
• પુત્ર માનસિક અસ્થિર હોય કે કેન્સર, ટી.બી જેવી ગંભીર માંદગીથી પીડાતા હોય તેવા વૃધ્ધો પણ અરજી કરી શકશે.
• અરજદારની વાર્ષિક આવક ગ્રામ્ય વિસ્તાર રૂ. ૧,૨૦,૦૦૦/- અને શહેરી વિસ્તાર રૂ. ૧,૫૦,૦૦૦/- થી વધુ ન હોવી જોઈએ
• ઓછામાં ઓછા ૧૦ વર્ષથી ગુજરાતમાં કાયમી વસવાટ હોય.
• ૬૦ થી વધુ વય ધરાવનાર દંપતી / બન્નેને મળે

અરજી આપવાનું સ્થળ :

• સબંધિત જિલ્લા/તાલુકાના જન સેવા કેન્દ્ર, મામલતદાર કચેરી, ગ્રામ્ય કક્ષાએ ગ્રામ પંચાયતથી ઓનલાઈન અરજી કરી શકાય. https://www.digitalgujarat.gov.in/

Niradhar Vrudhdh Yojana અરજીપત્રક સાથે જોડવાના દસ્તાવેજો

• ઉંમરનું પ્રમાણપત્ર / શાળા છોડ્યાનું પ્રમાણપત્ર / ડોક્ટરશ્રી દ્વારા આપવામાં આવેલ વય પ્રમાણપત્ર.
• આવકનો દાખલો.
• દિવ્યાંગતાના કિસ્સામાં દિવ્યાંગતાનું પ્રમાણપત્ર.
• ૨૧ વર્ષ થી મોટી ઉમરનો પુત્ર ન હોવાનું પ્રમાણપત્ર.
• આધાર કાર્ડ
• બેન્ક/પોસ્ટ ઓફીસ એકાઉન્ટ
• રેશનકાર્ડ..

યોજના હેઠળ મળવાપાત્ર લાભ

• ૬૦ થી ૭૯ વર્ષ સુધીના લાભાર્થીને રૂ. ૧૦૦૦/- અને ૮૦ વર્ષ કે તેથી વધુ વયનાં લાભાર્થીને રૂ. ૧૨૫૦/- ની માસિક સહાય ચૂકવવામાં આવે છે.

સહાયની ચુકવણી

• ડી.બી.ટી દ્વારા લાભાર્થીનાં પોસ્ટ અથવા બેંક એકાઉન્ટમાં ચુકવવામાં આવે છે.

અરજી પત્રક ક્યાંથી મળશે.

• જિલ્લા કલેકટર કચેરી.
• મામલતદાર કચેરીથી આ અરજી પત્રક વિનામૂલ્યે મેળવી શકાશે.
• ગ્રામ્ય કક્ષાએથી (V.C.E.) ગ્રામ પંચાયતથી અરજી ઓનલાઈન કરી શકાય છે.

• મંજુર/નામંજુર કરવાની સત્તા મામલતદારને સોંપવામાં આવેલ છે.

યોજનાનું અમલીકરણ

• સબંધીત મામલતદાર કચેરી.

અરજી ના-મંજુર થતા અપીલ અરજી અંગે

• નામંજુર કરવામાં આવેલ અરજી અંગે ૬૦ દિવસની અંદર પ્રાંત અધિકારીશ્રીને અપીલ અરજી કરવાની જોગવાઈ છે.

સહાય ક્યારે બંધ થાય ?

Niradhar Vrudhdh Yojana (State Government Scheme)

(a) Niradhar Vrudhdh Yojana Who can benefit?

Destitute elderly aged 60 years or above. Not having a son of 21 years or more. Handicapped – In case of disabled person having more than 75 percent disability and age limit should be 45 years or above. Senior citizens whose son is mentally unstable or suffering from serious illness like cancer, TB can also apply. Applicant’s Annual Income Rural Area Rs. 1,20,000/- and urban area Rs. Should not exceed 1,50,000/- Have permanent residence in Gujarat for at least 10 years. Couple/Both above 60 years of age

(b) Place of submission of application

Online application can be made from concerned District/Taluka Jan Seva Kendra, Mamlatdar Office, Gram Panchayat at village level. https://www.digitalgujarat.gov.in/

(c) Documents to be attached with the application form

Age Certificate / School Leaving Certificate / Age Certificate issued by Dr. Example of income. Disability certificate in case of disability. Certificate of no son above 21 years of age. aadhar card Bank/Post Office Account Ration card

(d) Niradhar Vrudhdh Yojana Benefits payable under the Scheme

Beneficiary between 60 to 79 years Rs. 1000/- and to the beneficiary aged 80 years or above Rs. A monthly allowance of 1250/- is paid.

(e) Payment of Assistance

Payment is made through DBT into the beneficiary’s post or bank account.

(f) Where to get the application form.

District Collector Office. This application form can be obtained free of charge from the Mamlatdar office. Application can be done online from Village Level (VCE) Gram Panchayat. (g) Implementation of the Plan

(h) Regarding application for appeal against disallowance of application

There is a provision to file an appeal to the Provincial Officer within 60 days regarding the rejected application.
