This assistance is implemented by Gujarat Shram Yogi Kalyan Board and Gujarat Building and Construction Board through Labor, Skill and Employment Department of Government of Gujarat. In this assistance, the organized sector and construction sector labourers, industrial workers and ITI students will be given a subsidy of 30 thousand rupees on the purchase of electric two-wheelers.

In order to get this assistance, the working beneficiary has to apply online himself. After the sale of the battery-powered three-wheeler, the subsidy amount is directly credited to the dealer’s account.

Assistance to industrial workers

30% of the showroom price of the electric three-wheeler or Rs. 30 thousand rupees i.e. whichever is less is paid as subsidy and also RTO can get one-time subsidy on registration tax and road tax .

Assistance to construction workers

30% of the showroom price of the electric three-wheeler or Rs. 30 thousand rupees i.e. whichever is less is paid as subsidy plus one time subsidy on RTO registration tax and road tax.

Assistance to ITI students

On purchase of battery operated three-wheeler Rs. 12,000 can get subsidy. After the sale of the battery-powered three-wheeler, the subsidy amount will be directly credited to the dealer’s account.

• Beneficiary’s mark sheet and bonafide certificate if student.
• Receipt of payment of school and college fees if the beneficiary is a student.
• Aadhaar card of the beneficiary.
